You know it wasn’t too long ago when everyone said adding audio to your web
site was the next big thing. Soon web marketers were adding pre-recorded welcome
messages and sales pitches to their sites in an effort to engage their web site
visitors.
Then with the growing popularity of YouTube, web marketers once again clamored
to add pre-recorded videos to their web sites. Web-based videos have become so
popular that it’s getting hard to find a site that doesn’t include some type
of video sales pitch or demo.
Web Site
Communicator enables you to use interactive audio and video to engage
your visitors. Now they can hear you and see you! And if they have a webcam
installed, you’ll be able to hear and see them, too! Pictured below is a
sample video chat window when you are unavailable; many different versions are
provided with the service.
When you are available for a live chat and you connect to a
visitor, a new console will appear on your visitor's screen. The screen shot
below shows the host on the right and the visitor on the left. With multiple
operators, you can have multiple video windows and all communicate in real time
(full duplex) like a normal, live conversation.
Web Site
Communicator brings web sites to a completely new level of interaction.
Now you can change the way people perceive your site and service just by
speaking with them – in person! Welcome them to your site. Answer their
questions. Provide live support.
Or if you are involved in network marketing, MLM, or in building any downline to
market a product or service, you’ll now be able to not only engage prospects
immediately upon their arrival to your web site, but you’ll also be able to
provide live online training to your downline members.
After you download and install the administrator's module, you
will see a screen divided into several sections. On the left side of the
administrative screen, you will see a menu of options. On the right side of the
screen, you will see your site statistics including the number of operators,
departments, and connections for your account. You’ll also see your user name,
email address, first and last name, skin name, and your payment history and
account expiration date.
You then setup your account, and create your departments and operators, along
with any canned responses or URLS you will want to push to your
visitors.
The final step is to add a video chat window to your web page by simply copying
and pasting your special code into your web page. That’s it! Now you’re
ready to start chatting with your visitors.

An additional feature enables you to hold online webinars with
real-time video and audio. The webinars can even include a host and co-host. You
can show a PowerPoint presentation to your guests -- and you can have virtually
unlimited guests. And your guests have the choice of using their microphones or
the convenient text chat board.
